This shared bathroom space needs to maintain adequate circulation and maximize functional storage to suit all of the family’s users. We have redesign the vanity with more usable drawer space, added a millwork linen cabinet, and integrated a niche to new tub/shower design.

This property calls for a natural aesthetic. Using soft sage green and earth tones we will evoke a sense of calm through familiar colours and finishes. The property is from the 1970s and while we are aiming to modernize the space, the style needs to remain classic and timeless so it can be suitable for the house, while also complimenting future renovations being considered for other interior spaces.
